Frequently Asked Questions

• Can we bring our own alcohol during our brewing session?   

           No, alcohol is NOT permitted.

• Do you offer food?  

           We have preferred food options for private events/parties only at this time.

• Do I have to have an appointment?

           Yes, we do encourage making a kettle reservation to ensure availability.

           Also, allow 2.5 hours to brew.  

• Can I use/bring my own bottles?

           Yes, your beer bottles are welcome. They must be reusable bottles. They must be clean. We will rinse and sanitize them before bottling beer. (Do not reuse store bought beer bottles; glass is not a thick grade.)

• How long does it take to brew?

           Allow 2.5 hours.

• How long does it take to bottle?

           Allow one hour.

• How much does a kettle yield?

           A kettle will yield six cases of twelve 22 oz bottles ( ~13 gallons; qty 72  - 22 oz

           bottles).

• Are 12 oz. bottles available for purchase?

           Yes, but not recommended. By request only.
