New Year, New Beer - Scotch Ale
Our newest recipe is sure to please! The Scotch Ale has rich, complex flavors that tantalize taste buds with velvety smoothness. This exceptional brew’s distinct malt sweetness and enchanting aroma lure you into this high gravity, "wee heavy" classic, leaving an unforgettable impression. Its deep copper color sets the stage for a sensory experience, full-bodied with a delicate balance that ensures low bitterness. With 7.5% alcohol content, you may want to settle into a comfortable chair to fully enjoy the pleasures of this remarkable beer!

New Recipe - Torture IPA
Love an IPA? We have a great new recipe! The Torture IPA is brewed with pilsner malt and flaked oats, making it light in color but certainly not in body or alcohol content. Brewed with a generous amount of Mosaic hops sourced from the Pacific Northwest, the result is a robust fragrance and taste of tropical and stone fruits. Similar to Gray Sail Brewing’s Captain’s Daughter, 7.8% Alcohol by volume.
